• 4x4 Lace
  A small 4 inch x 4 inch closure at the top of the wig. It’s very easy to install and perfect for beginners. You can create a natural-looking middle or slightly off-centre part.

• 5x5 Lace
  Slightly larger than a 4x4, the 5 inch x 5 inch closure gives you more lace space and a more natural top area. It offers flexible parting while still being easy to wear.

• 9x6 Lace
  A wide and deep closure that gives you much more space to part and style your wig. It creates a natural look similar to a frontal but without the maintenance of full ear-to-ear lace.

• 13x4 Lace
  A full frontal with lace running ear-to-ear. This offers the most styling versatility and the most natural hairline. You can part your wig anywhere across the front.

Yes. All Hair City wigs are designed to be glueless and ready to wear.

They include adjustable straps, an elastic band and combs for a secure, comfortable fit.

• 4x4 & 5x5 wigs: Fully glueless and beginner-friendly. Most clients wear these without any glue.
  
• 9x6 & 13x4 wigs: These can also be worn glueless, but some clients prefer using glue for an even more natural hairline. It’s completely optional.

• WASHING

- use sulphate free shampoos

- wash as often as you would your own natural hair or after 15-20 wears or if there is a lot of product build up

- apply conditioner & comb through with a paddle brush 

- always comb from ends/ tips to scalp/ roots

- rinse with lukewarm water

- air dry

• DAILY MAINTENANCE

- for Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle with water to define curls

- before sleeping loosely wrap your hair in a satin bonnet/ scarf or sleep on a satin pillowcase

- place your wig on a wig stand or mannequin when sleeping

• BRUSHING

- always brush hair away from the roots and start at the tips/ bottom & work your way up towards the roots/ top

- Yes of course you can! We do recommend using a low heat setting where possible of 120C/250F in order to prevent damaging your hair

- in order to preserve and extend the lifespan of your hair we recommend always using a heat protectant spray prior to styling

We offer Wig & Weave Rejuvenation services at all of our branches so if your hair needs a bit of TLC visit any of out branches.

If you do not live near a branch please contact us and we will arrange for couriers to collect your hair & we will rejuvenate it & courier back to you!

Yes. Our adjustable straps and elastic band allow the wig to fit comfortably on over 90% of head sizes.
