Our Sample Sale wigs are great-quality wigs that have previously been used for photoshoots, content or display purposes. They have not been sold to customers, but because they have been handled or styled, they may show minor signs of use.
Some wigs may have:

- Knots that have been bleached
- Hair that has been styled, curled or straightened
- Minor signs of handling or wear
The hair quality is still great— you're simply getting the wig at a much lower price because it is no longer in brand-new condition.

The difference lies in how much lace is on the wig, which affects how natural it looks and how much styling flexibility you have.
4x4 Lace
A small 4 inch x 4 inch closure at the top of the wig. Perfect for beginners and easy to install. You can create a natural-looking middle or slightly off-centre part.
5x5 Lace
Slightly larger than a 4x4, giving you more lace space and a more natural top area with flexible parting options.
13x4 Lace
A full frontal with lace running ear-to-ear. This offers the most styling versatility and the most natural hairline — you can part your wig anywhere across the front.

Our standard wigs are already beautifully full and voluminous — perfect for an everyday glam look. If you prefer an ultra-full finish, you have two options:
- Upgrade to a Double Drawn wig for maximum density from root to tip
- Add a bundle to your order for extra volume and length
We recommend ordering your wig in your desired colour where possible. If you do wish to colour your wig, we recommend sticking to brown shades only and always having it done by a professional to ensure the best results and protect the integrity of the hair.
Washing
Use a sulphate-free shampoo. Wash after 15–20 wears or when there is product build-up. Apply conditioner and comb through with a paddle brush, always working from ends to roots. Rinse with lukewarm water and air dry.
Daily Maintenance
For wavy and curly hair, use a spray bottle with water to define curls. Use a leave-in conditioner for more defined curls. Before sleeping, loosely wrap your hair in a satin bonnet or sleep on a satin pillowcase. Place your wig on a wig stand when not in use.

Always brush from the tips upward toward the roots — never from the roots down.

You can straighten and curl your wig. Use a low heat setting of 120°C / 250°F and always apply a heat protectant spray before styling.

A customised wig has bleached knots, which makes the knots along the lace virtually invisible for a more natural hairline appearance. A non-customised wig has unbleached knots which are slightly more visible. For the most natural finish we recommend choosing the customised option.
