    The Bond acts as a prep and primer in one. Its jet-black formula coats the base of your natural lashes with just the right amount of tack, creating the ideal surface for your clusters to attach and stay put.

    The Seal finishes your look — gently removing any sticky residue while adding a light, glossy layer that protects and extends wear. Together, they deliver salon-quality lashes that last up to 7–10 days and feel as natural as your own.

    How to use:

    1. Prep: Start with clean, dry lashes.

    2. Apply Bond: Using the mascara-style wand, apply a thin layer to the top side of each lash segment (the side facing you in the tray). Wait 15–20 seconds until tacky.

    3. Apply Clusters: Place each segment under your natural lashes, about 1–2mm above the waterline.

    4. Seal: Once all segments are in place, use the angled Seal tip to lightly coat under the lash base — this removes tackiness and locks your lashes in.

    5. Fuse: Gently press lashes together using the Miracle Lash Presser for a seamless finish.

    💜 Pro tip: Avoid water and steam for the first 12–24 hours for best retention.

    The difference lies in how much lace is on the wig, which affects how natural it looks and how much styling flexibility you have.

    • 4x4 Lace
      A small 4 inch x 4 inch closure at the top of the wig. It’s very easy to install and perfect for beginners. You can create a natural-looking middle or slightly off-centre part.

    • 5x5 Lace
      Slightly larger than a 4x4, the 5 inch x 5 inch closure gives you more lace space and a more natural top area. It offers flexible parting while still being easy to wear.

    • 9x6 Lace
      A wide and deep closure that gives you much more space to part and style your wig. It creates a natural look similar to a frontal but without the maintenance of full ear-to-ear lace.

    • 13x4 Lace
      A full frontal with lace running ear-to-ear. This offers the most styling versatility and the most natural hairline. You can part your wig anywhere across the front.

    Each lace type gives you a different balance of flexibility, natural finish and ease of use — allowing you to choose the option that best suits your lifestyle and styling needs.

    Yes. All Hair City wigs are designed to be glueless and ready to wear.

    They include adjustable straps, an elastic band and combs for a secure, comfortable fit.

    • 4x4 & 5x5 wigs: Fully glueless and beginner-friendly. Most clients wear these without any glue.
    • 9x6 & 13x4 wigs: These can also be worn glueless, but some clients prefer using glue for an even more natural hairline. It’s completely optional.

    Yes. All our wigs are made from 100% human hair for a natural look and long-lasting quality.

    • WASHING

    - use sulphate free shampoos

    - wash as often as you would your own natural hair or after 15-20 wears or if there is a lot of product build up

    - apply conditioner & comb through with a paddle brush 

    - always comb from ends/ tips to scalp/ roots

    - rinse with lukewarm water

    - air dry

    • DAILY MAINTENANCE

    - for Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle with water to define curls

    - for more defined curls use a leave in conditioner

    - before sleeping loosely wrap your hair in a satin bonnet/ scarf or sleep on a satin pillowcase

    - place your wig on a wig stand or mannequin when sleeping

    • BRUSHING

    - always brush hair away from the roots and start at the tips/ bottom & work your way up towards the roots/ top

    - Yes of course you can! We do recommend using a low heat setting where possible of 120C/250F in order to prevent damaging your hair

    - in order to preserve and extend the lifespan of your hair we recommend always using a heat protectant spray prior to styling

    We offer Wig & Weave Rejuvenation services at all of our branches so if your hair needs a bit of TLC visit any of out branches.

    If you do not live near a branch please contact us and we will arrange for couriers to collect your hair & we will rejuvenate it & courier back to you!


    Yes. Our adjustable straps and elastic band allow the wig to fit comfortably on over 90% of head sizes.

    Many other suppliers label single-drawn wigs as double-drawn — but we guarantee that the density you get will be great!

    If you prefer an ultra-full, glam look, consider our Double Drawn Collection. Otherwise, our standard density wigs are already the fullest in South Africa.


    Yes. Our wigs are low-maintenance, glueless and easy to install — perfect for first-time wig buyers.

    For the easiest experience, we recommend Full Cap or 4x4 Closure wigs for beginners.

    With proper care, your wig can last a long time.
