You pay upfront, we begin crafting your wig to your chosen specifications, and it is delivered to your door within 4 weeks. Because every wig is individually made, we accept a limited number of orders each month to ensure quality.

Yes — that is exactly what makes this collection special. You select your preferred length, density, lace type and colour when you place your order. Your wig is then crafted to those exact specifications. No two wigs in this collection are the same.

Density refers to how much hair is on the wig. 180% is our standard density — it is full, natural-looking and the most popular choice. It gives a beautifully realistic result and is what most people picture when they think of a great wig. 200% adds more volume and thickness throughout, while 250% is our maximum — a very full, glamorous look with significant body and presence. All three options use the same premium Peruvian hair. If you are unsure, 180% is an excellent choice that the vast majority of our clients love.

HD lace is an ultra-thin, near-invisible lace that melts into the skin for the most natural scalp appearance possible — knots are virtually undetectable. Normal lace uses transparent lace with pre-bleached knots, which is durable, reliable, and a great choice for everyday wear. If a seamless, undetectable hairline is your priority, HD lace is the upgrade worth choosing.

These refer to the size and shape of the lace panel. A 13×4 is a full frontal — lace runs across the entire hairline giving you maximum styling versatility and the most natural-looking perimeter. A Lagos hairline is a wider, deeper version of the frontal designed to mimic a very natural, low hairline — ideal if you want an ultra-realistic finish with extra coverage at the temples. A 5×5 is a larger closure that sits at the centre of the head, giving more parting space than a 4×4 while remaining lower maintenance than a full frontal. A 4×4 is a classic centre parting closure — clean and simple. A 2×6 is a deep part closure, narrower but with a longer centre part for a very natural look. If you are unsure, the 13×4 is our most popular choice.

Yes. Every wig in the Premium Peruvian Pre-Order Collection is pre-bleached, pre-plucked and professionally styled before it leaves us. You open the box and put it on — no salon visit, no extra prep required. This is part of what makes the collection worth the wait.

The 4-week timeline covers production and delivery. Once your wig passes our quality check it is dispatched and typically arrives within 2–3 business days depending on your location in South Africa. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us directly. After that window, production begins and changes may not be possible. If you have any concerns about your order please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to assist.

To measure your head, use a soft tape measure and wrap it around your hairline — across your forehead, behind your ears and around the nape of your neck. Average cap size fits most heads (53–57cm). If you measure above 58cm we recommend a large cap. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will guide you.
